SureSystems: Document Setup

Before you begin, make sure the necessary SureSystems mandate and Terms & Conditions documents are configured within the system.

Setting Up Document Templates

To set up your document templates:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Documents.

  2. Configure the required templates for the Terms & Conditions.

  3. Configure the required templates for the DebiCheck Mandate (including any payer fees).

Enabling Print Standard Conditions

To ensure standard conditions are printed:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Client > General.

  2. Verify that Print Standard Conditions is enabled .
