Overview

Process Status is a powerful tool designed for efficient background processing, allowing you to continue working on other tasks while reports and other operations are processed in the background.

Mycomax provides the necessary resources for country-specific reports. Each legal entity is responsible for determining who can access which reports. This involves creating a role for each user and then selecting the specific report resources that the user is enabled to access.

Setting Up Roles and Users

To set up a role:

1. Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles.
2. Edit the desired role.
3. Select the checkboxes for the applicable resources.

To set up a user:

1. Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Users.
2. Edit the desired user.
3. Select the checkboxes for the applicable roles.

Report Management Features

• Automatically email reports: This feature automatically emails the report to the user who generated it once processing is complete.
• Notify user of completed reports: This option triggers a pop-up notification every time the user clicks, indicating that a report is complete. These notifications will cease once the user navigates to the Processing Status screen.

Report and Process Status Details

• Report / Process Status: Indicates the current status of a report or process as Pending, Processing, or Completed.
• Report Date: The date when the report was processed in the system.
• Record Time (GMT): The time (in GMT) when the report was processed in the system.

Opening a Report

To open a report, click on its Hyperlink. If the report is in Spreadsheet format (Excel or Open Office), you can easily open it and sort the information to meet your specific business needs. The report can also be Emailed to a specific user, provided the necessary email address setups are complete.

Navigation Options

• Back to the Processing Status: Click this option to return to the previous page.
• Back to Filter Option: Click this option to return to the reporting query window.
• Email Report: Click this button to email the report.
