Client Consent is Mandatory

Before performing any credit enquiry, the client must provide consent. This consent is included as a standard clause in the MaxMoney loan agreement and can also be documented via the printable consent form.

Performing a Client Enquiry (Existing Clients)

1. Navigation: Client Administration
2. Search for and highlight the client, then click the VeriCred button.
3. Complete the enquiry form, confirming the Reason and that Consent was obtained.
4. Click Finish to run the enquiry and view the report.

Consent: Loan Agreement Ts & Cs
