XDS
Introduction This manual provides instructions for the onboarding,
setup, and use of the XDS Credit Bureau integration within the MaxMoney
software. This integration allows micro-lenders to perform comprehensive credit
checks directly from their MaxMoney environment, aiding in affordability
assessments and risk management. Key Services This integration offers two distinct types of credit
enquiries: Chapter 1: Onboarding and Activation
Before the
integration can be used, the micro-lender must complete a formal onboarding
process with both XDS and Mycomax. 1.1 Prerequisites
Before starting the
application, ensure you have the following: 1.2 Application Process
The Micro-Lender must apply directly to XDS
to use their credit check services and must specifically request that
the integration with MaxMoney be activated. 1.3 Billing Model
1.4 Activation
Once XDS has
approved the application and confirmed all details, Mycomax will activate the
XDS module for your legal entity. Chapter 2: System Configuration (For
Administrators)
After activation, a system administrator must perform the following one-time
setups. 2.1 Configure User Roles &
Permissions
Set up user roles to control who can access
XDS functions. 2.2 Assign Roles to Users
2.3 Configure XDS Settings

2.3.1 Full Credit Report Setup
Enter the credentials provided by XDS for
full enquiries. Complete the XDS Product
List Setup Complete the
MaxConsumer Setup 2.3.2 Pre-Check Setup
Notes: To
do a pre-check Go to Non-Client - XDS Pre Check Enquiry - Do
New
Pre Check.
Configure the warning system for the
prepaid
pre-check credits. 2.4 Configure Consent Document
Chapter 3: Daily Operations
3.1 Client Consent is Mandatory
A credit check must not be performed without the
explicit consent of the borrower. This consent must be documented, typically by
having the client sign the printed consent form. 3.2 Performing a Full Client Enquiry
Before EACH loan a credit check must be done as
part of the affordability as per NCR Regulations. Navigate to Client
Administration > Search for a Client > Edit Client > Financials. Make
sure the Force Credit Enquiry has been selected.
Use this for a comprehensive check on
an existing client before issuing a new loan. 3.3 Performing a Pre-Check
(Non-Client)
Use this for a quick check on

If a user reports an error after the
