XDS has designed a score to significantly boost collections and reduce fraud by leveraging available payment behavior and application data to create a bespoke microlending score.
The XDS MFI Score is a valuable feature for all South African legal entities that provides a microfinance-focused credit score. This score is distinct from the general credit scores provided by credit bureaus. Each client's MFI Score, MFI Status (None, Passed, Failed), and Score Date are stored in the client.

Update the MFI Score

Navigate to MaxMoney > Client Administration > Search for a Client.  Highlight the client and click on the Update XDS Score button to obtain the latest score.

View the MFI Score

Navigate to MaxMoney -> Clients -> Search for an Existing Client. The resulting client list displays the MFI Score and MFI Status .

• A Passed status will be highlighted in green .
• A Failed status will be highlighted in red .

NOTE: Client ID Type has to be a Passport or South African ID .
