1. Overview

The Loan Letters function provides a centralized hub for generating various types of standard and custom correspondence related to a specific loan. From here, you can produce legally significant documents like a Letter of Demand, financial statements, or custom letters for client communication.

While standard templates are provided, they can be customized by a system administrator to meet your organization's specific needs.

• Navigation: Client Administration > Search for Existing Client > Loans > Letter

2. How to Generate a Letter

1. From the list of available letters, select the one you wish to generate.
2. Clicking the letter name will initiate the generation process. Some letters may require additional input (such as a date) on a subsequent screen before the document is created.

3. Available Letter Types

The following letters are available for generation. Select the one that matches your requirement.

Note on HTML Format

When printing an associated budget document in HTML format, the following footer will be automatically added to the form: "MAXMONEY developed by MYCOMAX MICROFINANCE SOLUTIONS - www.mycomax.com - Created on (date and time)"
