Viewing Payout Instructions

Overview

The Payout Instruction screen provides a detailed summary of the payment made to a client for a specific loan. This section allows you to view the status, reference numbers, and transaction details associated with the loan payout. You can also manage the payout by editing it or processing a refund.


Prerequisites: Required Permissions

Before you can access this page, specific user permissions must be enabled by an administrator.

To Enable Permissions:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Security > Roles.
  2. Select the relevant user role and click Edit.
  3. Under the list of available resources, ensure the following are enabled:
    • Manage Payout Instructions
    • View Payout Instructions
  4. Additionally, ensure that all necessary guidelines for the Amber Integration Setup have been followed for this functionality to work correctly.

How to Access Payout Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Client Administration.
  2. Search for and highlight the desired Existing Client.
  3. Click the Loans button.
  4. From the list of loans, highlight the specific loan you wish to view.
  5. Click the Payout Instruction button.

The Payout Instruction screen displays the following details for the transaction:

 Edit Payout Instruction  Allows you to modify the details of the payout instruction. (Note: This may only be available for payouts with a specific status)  Edit Payout Instruction
 Refund Payout Instruction  Initiates the process to refund a payout that has already been made  Refund Payout Instruction
