Client Administration: The 'References' Screen (Next of Kin / Beneficiaries)

This screen is used to add and manage personal or professional references for a client.

How to Add a New Reference

Follow these steps to add a new reference to the client's profile.

  1. Click the Add New Reference button to open the data entry form.
  2. Fill in the reference's information on the screens provided.
  3. Click Next to proceed through the different pages of the form.
  4. On the final screen, click the Save button to store the new reference's information in the database.

How to Edit an Existing Reference

Follow these steps to modify the details of a reference that has already been added.

  1. From the list of references on the screen, double-click on the name of the person whose information you want to edit.
  2. The system will open their details. Make the necessary changes on the page.
  3. Important: You must click the Save button on each page after you have made changes. If you do not save, your updates will be lost.
