Letters
Navigation: This function allows you to generate various
pre-defined and custom letters for a selected client. While standard templates
are provided, an administrator can customize these letters to fit your
business's specific needs and branding. Video Tutorial Find and Select the Client:
Navigate to Open the Letters Menu: Click
the Letters button at the bottom of the screen. Select the Letter: A menu
will appear displaying a list of available letter templates. Click on the
specific letter you wish to generate. The system will then create the
document, populating it with the selected client's details.
