Resubmission of RealPay Instalments
Overview
Processing->MaxCollect > Resubmission of
Instalments Resubmission of
RealPay Instalments will now only be visible on Namibia Legal Entities.
Support user can still access the Resubmission area, but can not submit any
Instalments. Unsuccessfful Realtime Debit Orders which were already
submitted can be scheduled for a resubmission Card Not Present:
The only requirement are:
New Date:
Select the New Date "Action Date" New
Time: The New Time of the Resubmission
(hh:mm:ss) very important the time must be in this
format Loan No:
The Loan Number of the
instalment Resubmit Selected Instalment: Select Resubmit
Selected Instalment button to save the resubmissions. The resubmission process runs
every 10 minutes. Cancel:
Select the Cancel-button to cancel and go to the previous screen
The Security option is available under the
Processing
Section of the Role

Payback Instruction
Instalment ID: The Payback Instruction ID
