The Employer Pay Points function allows you to manage specific branches, divisions, or payroll entities within a single employer record. Each pay point can have its own unique general, payback, and address information.

2. Viewing Pay Points

After navigating to the Pay Points screen, a list of all existing pay points for the selected employer will be displayed. From this list, you can choose to either add a new pay point or edit an existing one.


3. How to Add a New Pay Point

Follow these steps to create a new pay point record for an employer.

Step 1: Initiate the Process

From the main pay points list, click the Add New Pay Point button.

Step 2: Enter Initial Details

You will be taken to the first screen where you must enter the primary details.

Field Description
Pay Point Name (Required) Enter the unique name for the new pay point (e.g., "Pretoria Branch", "Sales Division").
Status (Required) Select the operational status of the pay point (e.g., Active, Closed).

After entering the required information, click the Next button to continue.

Step 3: Complete the Pay Point Profile

You will be guided through a series of tabs to capture the specific details for this pay point. Please complete the following sections:

Once you have entered all the required information across all sections, click the Save button to finalize and create the new pay point record.


4. How to Edit an Existing Pay Point

Follow these steps to modify an existing pay point .

Step 1: Select the Pay Point

From the list of pay points, double-click on the name of the one you wish to edit. The pay point's profile will open.

Navigate between the different tabs to make your required changes:

IMPORTANT: You must save your changes on each page or tab before navigating to a different one. Failure to save before switching tabs may result in your edits being lost. Click the Save button on each screen after making edits.
