Overview

To access MAXMEDIA setup options, navigate to Setup > MAXMEDIA.

Security Access

The MAXMEDIA General Setup security option is available under the Setup section of the user's role.

The MAXMEDIA module must be enabled for the specific Legal Entity before its setup options become available. Additionally, your Global Security Administrator (GSA) must enable the necessary resources for users under Setup > Security > Roles.

MAXMEDIA Functionality

MAXMEDIA offers the following functionalities:

• Client > MaxMedia Take Client Picture: Take a photo of the client directly from their client profile.
• Loan > MaxMedia Take Client Picture with Loan: Capture a client's photo during the loan creation process.
• Loan > Force Client Photograph: Photo is required on a new loan.
• Setup > MaxMedia General Setup: Configure the general settings for MAXMEDIA.
• Loan > Force Client Photograph: Require the user to take a client's photo.
