Account Verification Setup (MaxAVR)

MAXAVR Setup

This section details how to set up and use MAXAVR, which utilizes the Allps Account Verification Service (AVS). Currently, only the Account Verification Service Realtime (AVSR) is available in MAXMONEY; batch processing is not supported.


1. Sign-Up Procedure

To begin using MAXAVR:

  1. Your micro lender must be signed up with MAXMONEY.
  2. Your micro lender must request MAXAVR from Mycomax.

2. One-Time Setups

Although Allps is the service provider, your credit provider will sign up for the service directly with Mycomax, not Allps.

3. Using MAXAVR in MAXMONEY

3.1. Client Information

  1. Navigate to MAXMONEY > Client Administration.
  2. Search for a Client.
  3. Edit Client.
3.1.1. Passports

If the ID number entered is not a valid South African (RSA) ID number, the system will assume it's a passport number.

3.2. Bank Account Verification

  1. Go to MAXMONEY > Client Administration.
  2. Search for a Client.
  3. Edit Client.
  4. Navigate to the Banking tab.
  5. Add/Edit Bank Account.
  6. Complete all required banking information.
  7. Select the Perform AVR Verification checkbox and click Save.

Once the banking information has been verified, you can click the Details button to view the verification history. To see the specific enquiry's response, click the View MAXAVR Detail button.
