Viewing Payback Instruction Instalments

Navigation: Client Administration > Search for an Existing Client > Payback Instructions > Payback Instruction Instalments

Overview

This screen provides a detailed, line-by-line breakdown of all the individual instalments that are included within a single payback instruction. From here, you can view the status of each instalment, edit specific ones, or review their history.


How to View the Instalments

  1. Navigate to Payback Instructions: Go to the client's Payback Instructions screen.
  2. Select the Instruction: From the list, click on the overall instruction you wish to inspect to highlight it.
  3. Open the Instalments Screen: Click the Payback Instruction Instalments button.

Understanding the Instalment List

A list of all individual instalments for the selected instruction will be displayed with the following columns:

Column Name Description
Reference The unique MAXCOLLECT reference number for this specific instalment.
Status The current status of the instalment (e.g., "Pending," "Collected," "Failed").
Tracking Date The specific date on which this instalment is scheduled for collection.
Amount The monetary value of this individual instalment.
Tracking The number of tracking days that have been allocated for this specific instalment.

Available Actions

After highlighting a specific instalment from the list, you can use the following buttons:

 Edit Payback Instruction Instalment  Opens the selected instalment for editing, allowing you to modify its details  Edit Instruction Instalment
 Histories  Displays a complete audit trail and history log for the selected instalment  Histories
 Back  Closes the Instalments screen and returns you to the main Payback Instructions list
