Fields Validations

1. Surname:  may only contain A-Z, apostrophe, hypen, imbedded spaces
2. Surname: left aligned
3. Residential address :  May only contain 0-9, A-Z, apostrophe, hyphen, Exclusion words such as ünknown", äs above"or "NA"must be removed
   If the address supplied is a street address then:-
   Street name and number must be in line 1
   Suburb in line 2
   City in line 3
   Leave blank in line 4
   Postal code in post code field
   If the address supplied is a building address then:-
   Building number and name must be in line 1
   Street name and number in line 2
   Suburb in line 3
   City in line 4
   Postal Code in post code field
4. Postal code :  May only contain 0-9
5. Postal Address :  left aligned. May only contain 0-9, A-Z, apostrophe, hyphen, Exclusion words such as unknown, as bove or NA must be removed.
   If the address supplied is a postal address then:-
   Description P O Box or Private Bag and number must be in line 1
   Suburb in line 2
   City in line 3
   Leave balnk link 4
   Postal Code in post code field
6. Home Telephone Number : No space allowed
7. Cellphone Number : No space allowed
8. Work Telephone Number : No space allowed
9. Employer: +,&, #, %, = is not allowed
10. Occupation: Left aligned. May not be blank. May only contain 0-9, A-Z, apostrophe, hypen.

REQUIRE FIELDS

The following fields are also required; however the Act states that this is a requirement only insofar as these are available. Therefore, if these details are available, the Member is required to submit them. However, if there are not stored, then the Member is under no obligation to submit them:

a)  Residential and Postal address;
b)  Whether the property is owned or rented;
c)  Telephone number(s);
d)  Details of employer and place of work, the occupation, if self-employed or unemployed the a statement to that effect;  and
e)  Income, and income frequency
