This section provides an overview of how to set up and configure the MAXMAIL module, which facilitates email communication within the system.

Overview

The MAXMAIL module allows you to manage custom email messages, send test emails, and monitor your email credit usage. Before you can access these settings, the MAXMAIL module must be enabled on the legal entity's back-end.

Accessing MAXMAIL Setup

1. Navigate to Setup > MAXMAIL.

Security

The security option to enable the necessary resources for MAXMAIL is available under the Setup section of the user role.

MAXMAIL Features

Once in the MAXMAIL setup, you will find the following functionalities:

• MAXMAIL Custom Messages: This feature allows users to add and edit standard email messages for the entity. These messages can be pre-configured for various communication needs.

• MAXMAIL Message Setup Test: This function enables users to send a test email to a borrower, allowing for verification of email settings and message content.

• MAXMAIL General Setup: In this section, users can:

  • View the total email credits available for the current month.
  • See the remaining email credits.
  • Configure a threshold at which a warning notification should be sent when email credits are low.
  • Specify the recipient(s) for these low-credit warnings.
