Workflow Rules
Custom Status Labels provide an extra layer of categorization and control beyond the standard Client Status. This feature helps you manage client permissions more precisely and enhances visibility throughout the system.
To use and manage Custom Status Labels, specific permissions must be assigned to user Roles under Setups > Security > Roles:
| Resource Name | Description |
| Client Status Label | Allows the user to add and edit Custom Status Labels in the Setups area. |
| Change Status Label | Allows the user to select and update the Custom Status Label for an individual client. |
The primary configuration for Custom Status Labels is managed in Setups.
Navigate to Setups > Clients > General (under the CLIENT SETUP section).
Client Search Status Display: Use this setting to determine which value appears in the Client Search List view:

Navigate to Setups > Clients > Status Label.
This tab lists all existing Custom Status Labels and their associated restrictions.
Users with the Client Status Label resource can add or edit these labels.
Restrictions applied to a Custom Status Label function identically to those configured for a standard Client Status.
To manage client statuses, go to Setup > Clients > Client Status.
To configure status workflow batches, go to Setup > Clients > Status Workflow Batch.
To set up rules for status workflow batches, go to Setup > Clients > Status Workflow Batch Rule.
