Path: Setup > Documents

This section allows you to set up and manage loan agreement documents and other contracts. The document editor uses HTML, but you don't need HTML expertise to create or edit documents; it functions like a standard word processor.

Security:

• To manage documents, access is granted under Report Section > Role Setup > Manage Documents.
• To view documents, access is granted under Report Section > Role Setup > View Documents.

You must set up a loan agreement document for each loan product.

Document Management Options

You have several ways to create and manage documents:

• Add a New Document:
  • Click the Add a New Document button to create a new document.
  • Click the With the Document Editor button to create a new document using the built-in editor.
  • Click the Upload a Document button to upload an existing document.
• Edit/Change an existing Document: Click the Edit Document button.
• Print a Document: Click the Print button.
• View all Documents: This screen displays a list of all your documents.

Document Information Columns

The following columns provide details about your documents:

• Name: A short, descriptive name for the document (e.g., "Loan Agreement").
• Enabled: If this checkbox is selected, the document is available for use.
• Language: The available language options are determined by the country your entity operates in. For RSA Form 39 documents, select English.
• Type: Select the document type (event attribute).
• Loan Product: Select the relevant loan product. Each loan product typically requires its own loan agreement, allowing you to have different agreements for different products. You don't need to select a loan product for NCR Form 39 documents.
• CSP: Select the CSP when setting up a NAEDO Mandate.
• Setup on Document: This column indicates whether specific setups or tokens are configured for the document.
