Report Setup
This section outlines how to set up and manage reports within MAXMONEY. MyComax provides access to various report resources for each country. Your
legal entity needs to determine which users can access specific reports. To
grant report access, you'll create roles and assign relevant report
resources to them. Then, you'll assign these roles to your users. To set up a role: Go to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security >
Roles. Edit the desired role and select the checkboxes for the applicable
report resources. To set up a user: Go to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security >
Users. Edit the user and select the checkboxes for the roles that contain
the necessary report access. Some reports involve extensive calculations and take longer to generate than
standard reports. You can monitor the progress of these reports under
MAXMONEY > Processing Status. You can continue working while these reports are processing. Once a report is
finished, it can be automatically emailed to you. To enable this feature: Navigate to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles. Select the "Automatic Email Report" checkbox for the relevant
role. Ensure the user's email address is correctly entered by going to
MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Users, editing the user, and
filling in the "E-mail Address" field. Similar to automatic email, some lengthy reports can notify you with a pop-up
message once they've finished processing. You can track their progress under
MAXMONEY > Processing Status and continue working in the meantime. To enable pop-up notifications: Go to MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles. Select the "Automatic Notification on Report Completion" checkbox
for the appropriate role. After a report has been generated, you can manually email it to a
pre-selected group of users. To set up these users: Go to Setups > Reporting > Reports Email Setup. Select the users you want to include and click Save. Important: Confirm that each of these users has an email address
entered. You can check this under Setups > Security > Users >
Email Address. Several reports can display personalized header and footer images: Statement of Account Statement of Settlement Print & Reprint a Receipt Print & Reprint Change to Client Print Budget Form Print Budget Print Loan Schedule Print Transaction (on Client Transaction History) These reports must be set up as HTML reports. To enable this, go to
MAXMONEY > Setups > Security > Roles and ensure the following
resources are selected: Print & Reprint Contract Print & Reprint CPI Agreement Print & Reprint Standard Conditions Print & Reprint Payback Instruction Print & Reprint Compuscan Enquiry Print Statement of Settlement Print & Reprint a Receipt Print & Reprint Change to Client Print Budget Form Print Budget Print Loan Schedule Print Transaction To set up the images: Create an image for your logo (header) and another for the footer. The
recommended size is 100px height x 1400px width. Upload these images to a public webpage and note their URL. Enter the URL for the header and footer in MaxMoney under Setups >
Reporting > Reports Header & Footer Setup.
