Client Administration: The 'Banking' Screen

Navigation: Client Administration > Add a New Client > Banking

This screen allows you to view and manage a client's bank accounts and digital wallets, which are used for loan payouts and repayments.

Viewing Existing Bank Accounts

The main part of this screen displays a list of the client's registered bank accounts. The table below explains the information shown in each column.

Column Name Description
Bank The name of the client's bank (e.g., FNB, Capitec).
Branch Code The unique code for the client's bank branch.
Account No. The client's bank account number.
Account Type The type of account (e.g., Savings, Cheque).
Enabled A checkmark indicates if the bank account is currently active in the system.
Preferred A checkmark indicates if this is the primary account for payouts or paybacks. Only one account can be marked as preferred.
Payback A checkmark indicates this account is designated for the client to make loan repayments from.
Payout A checkmark indicates this account is designated for the company to pay loan funds into.
AVR Status Displays the result of the Automated Verification Response: "Verified," "Not Verified," or "Failed."
AVR Details Provides the reason why the AVR verification was successful or why it failed.

Understanding Automated Verification Response (AVR)

The AVR feature is an automated check to verify a client's banking details. This service is only available in South Africa.

Managing Bank Accounts & Wallets

The following action buttons are available on this screen. Access to these buttons depends on specific user permissions assigned by your administrator.
