Transaction History
Navigation: The "Transactions" screen provides a detailed,
chronological history of all financial transactions recorded against a client's
account. This includes loan disbursements, payments, fees, interest, and any
other debits or credits. Video Tutorial The list of transactions will be displayed with
the following columns: After filtering for transactions, you can
perform several actions by first highlighting a specific transaction and then
clicking one of the following buttons:
Viewing Client Transactions
Client Administration > Search for Existing Client > Highlight the
Client > Transactions buttonOverview
Effective
Date is used for interest calculations, while the Transaction
Date is the date the entry is recorded on the General
Ledger.
How to View Transactions
Client Administration > Search for Existing
Client. Find the correct client and click on their name to
highlight them.
